Need to brand your own flyer?

As a wholesale supplier, we understand that our customers prefer to market our products with their own brand. To do so is simple:

Printing

Western States offers two options for printing your custom labels. Whether you choose to have them printed flexo or digitally, it's important to understand the benefits and capabilities of each.

Flexographic Label Printing

Our flexographic label presses offer you the benefit of large quantity printing at an affordable price. Our 6 and 8 color flexo machines allow two-sided printing in a single pass and can be used in a variety of application conversions, including:

  • Die Cutting
  • Rewinding
  • Sheeting
  • Perforating
  • Laminating

Our machines feature a quick "drop-in" doctor blade system that provides consistent coverage and enhances color control from run to run, even at run speeds up to 500 fpm.

Digital Label Printing

Fast. Flexible. Profitable. That sums up our newest digital inkjet label press. The inkjet system provides an efficient digital platform for creating short run label orders that require versioning, localization, regionalization, language and color changes. This press is ideal for narrow web applications such as labels, tags, tickets and forms.

Our digital equipment offers you the benefits of:

  • Short Runs
  • Web Widths up to 9"
  • No Plates
  • Minimal Make-Ready (load rolls & files)
  • Quick Turnarounds

Label Imprinting Technologies

If you or your customers intend on printing on your labels after they're manufactured, it's important to take the type of imprinting and face stock into consideration. Always match the correct face stock with technology to insure successful imprinting. Learn which face stock works best with your technology.
